Refund policy

It’s only fitting that we first show our sincere appreciation for you visiting the site and making a purchase with us, therefore we owe you a “thank you”. Although, we do our best on providing you pieces that you will love. We understand that you may not be satisfied with a purchase, so here are few things you might want to know…

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, simply exchange it within 14 days of the order date.
  • All merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, & price tickets attached).
  • Please note that items marked as "Final Sale. No Returns. Limited" are not eligible for an exchange, except for damaged items.
  • Shipping and handling charges as well as return charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for the returns are paid by the returner.
  • Items can be returned by mail. However, please allow between 7-10 business days for the return to be received and processed.

We understand that returning items can be an inconvenience, but to ensure your happiness with a seamless exchange, may we ask a few favors:

  • Please ensure all return packages are sent with a traceable service that provide you with proof of purchase.
In the instance, that you prefer to not send with an insured service, please note we will not be able to exchange item(s) damaged or lost in transit.
