Shipping policy

• U.S. shipping takes anywhere between 3-5 business days depending on the destination. Most orders will be processed and shipped during this time frame.
• During the periods of high demands, holidays, inclement weather, courier delays, and COVID-19, please allow anywhere from 5-12 business days for the package to be processed and shipped.
• International orders please allow for a longer processing and shipping time than what is listed above for domestic orders.
• When placing orders please be sure the shipping address is correct. We are not held liable for orders lost, stolen, or sent to the incorrect address.

Local Pickup (Available in Georgia-Cobb County Only) 

Skip the shipping. We now offer pickup at checkout. 

• The pickup option at checkout is not supported by an accelerated checkout method. Therefore, if you are using Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay you will not get the option for pickup. However, Shop Pay is supported. 
• Please allow 2-6 days for your pickup request to be fulfilled.
• Once your order request is fulfilled, you will receive a " your order is ready for pickup" email with additional instructions. Please read the instructions. 
• Confirmation email of purchase and ID are required for pickup. 
• Finally, you will receive a follow-up email with the actual pickup request date, location, and any other additional information. 
• Pickup days are Tuesday and Thursday from 8pm-9pm. Saturday and Sunday based on availability. Days and times are subject to change.
